Not Professional At All! Young Lady Came Out To Measure For An Estimate. It Seemed Like I Was Wasting Her Time. Told Me That I Would Have My Estimate The Next Day Around 3 In The Afternoon, Still Waiting. Tried Calling Several Times They Have AI, Answering The Calls, Switch Over And Voice Mail Is Full. Just Not The Way To Be When People Are About To Spend Thousands Of Dollars.

I set an appointment and the estimator did not show up so we reset an appointment two days later and the estimator still did not show up after waiting another hour and 15 minutes. I'll call a different company.

Driveway looks good and work appears top notch. Very reasonably priced too. However, they were about 45 mins late to their estimate appointment. Said I would receive their estimate that evening. Had to reach out 3 days later to get it. Scheduled them for a Monday morning. No call no showed that day. I called and was told they’d be there the next morning. Get a text the next day that I’m on the schedule between 11-6 (worse than an Internet installation). They called at 545 and asked if they could still come out. Got there at 610. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Would love to give them a rave review but they never showed up. I was given 10 to 4 window for the estimate. When I heard nothing by 3PM, I called a left a message to call me regarding the appointment since I had to leave at 4:15 PM. It is now the day after and I still have not been contacted. Too bad, since I prefer to support family owned businesses.

Great job on my residential driveway! On time, on budget, quality and great customer service! Best rates out of the three quotes I called for. 👌🏾 Seal Coating is not fume filled at all.
