We had them come out “explained our situation with truck traffic repairs needed Top layer installed over existing as well as repair to marked soft spots. When it came time to do. The job showed up with an old tractor squeezing us in between jobs. Early spring, They applied at the absolute lowest temperature recommended when Question about anything i.e. bonding, less loads brought than the bid repairs to soft spots and or temperatures were ignored, even Up charged for repairing beyond scope, soft spots with old tractor. ultimately were told that it was a quality job. How dare it be questioned it would last extremely long time. I seal coated it 6 months right after As a recommended to protect extremely large monetary investment for us. Fast forward ,here we are two years later with cracks showing up, Even though the truck traffic is less than 20% what it used to be due to using another facility. I have been reaching out to see if there’s anything they recommend after multiple increase, I finally was told they need to look at it, over a month later, I reach out and Still, no one has followed up.

I recently contracted with Jim Turin & Sons for the tear-out and replacement of my approx. 7000 sq. driveway. I cannot adequately describe how pleased I am with the job they did. Their attention to detail and number ways they went above and beyond to insure a happy customer was amazing. There was approximately a six month time frame between when they originally estimated the job and when the job was complete (due to weather, other committments and so on), yet, they did the job for the original estimate even though we were experiencing some of the highest inflation in decades. I would highly recommend Jim Turin & Sons to anyone who has a need for similar work.

I cannot speak highly enough aboutJim Turin &Sons Paving. For our family it was a complete fluke to have our driveway paved, it's only been a dream of mine to have this work done. Our neighbor was having his done so I simply asked and was given a quote and couldn't pass on such an opportunity. I'm in the construction industry and I've seen the quality work that Turin & Sons have done in our community in the past and knew I would be happy with the results. I can not recommend this company enough, they far exceeded my expectations and workmanship. The entire crew was polite and courteous, extremely knowledgeable answering all of my questions and genuinely concerned about the product that they put out. This is a well known family in our community and I believe they care about the customers and their concerns and I believe it shows in the final product.

I have to say that, we have had the hardest time having anybody getting back to us to do a work for us and our neighbor. This has been going on for over a year now, we signed the bid, returned and have not been able to scheduled work or even get an approximate date, this has been beyond frustrating, not so much because the work is not done but, because you can't get anybody to give you even an estimate on the time to do the work. I understand priorities and maybe they have bigger jobs somewhere else, but you would think that at least just for good business they would return our calls. Don't know what to say, other than this is a horrible way to do business! Do you not care about customer satisfaction? even customer service? Will keep you posted. Hopefully we get this resolved and the job done. Update, so far things are looking up. I will keep you posted :)
