My folks hired this crew to redo their front steps. The main steps look great, and credit where credit is due, the main stairs have held up well and look good. BUT this communication sucks so bad. My folks kept trying to get them to come back and fix the meeting point between the driveway and the stairs, when they eventually came back, they did a trash job, and it started to crack super soon after. Similar to other folks' experiences, the gentleman kept saying he would come deal with it but never followed through.
