J&J Enterprises

We have been using J & J for our asphalt patches for 10 years. We won’t call anyone else. They alway do a great job. Their guys are always courteous and are a pleasure to work with.

They have blocked my driveway multiple times, and not even for good reason. Last time they had it blocked with a tralier and dump truck even though they didn't need the equipment. Recommend finding someone else if you are in need of asphalt services as they seem to only know how to waste time. This has been the second time they have tried to do a repair. Update they came back again to fix the same spot, and blocked me in. Told me to call the cops.

When it comes to customer/citizens concerns and safefy issues or questions, this company does their job. Due diligence is at the forefront from my experience with them. I didn't have to wait days or hours to have my concerns addressed and resolved. Joey was a pleasure to speak with, he listened, displayed empathy and we came to a speedy resolution. 😀 The young woman answered the phone was also very kind, professional and has a nice speaking voice. I recommend them for your personal or commercial needs. Anyone giving a bad review is part of the issue, in times like this, we should all be accountable, kind and seek peace and understanding. Garbage. Witnessed them this morning hammering asphalt with a skidster 2 feet from my car. No courtesy knock to ask me to move my vehicle. If I wouldn't have went outside and noticed they would have blocked my vehicle in all day. When I asked about it the operator on the skidster had a bad attitude. I called the office and was told that a supervisor would call me back and never did. Absolutely unprofessional. I've done this kind of work my whole life and would never do a project like that near a vehicle and would always courtesy knock before hand. That's just horrible management horrible Forman not doing his job and a horrible operator.

It’s 11:13 at night. We are trying to sleep. They wait till right now to run an electric saw to cut the asphalt? Right behind our house. Now they are using a jack hammer. I asked the crew to stop, politely. I told them we are trying to sleep. The boss told me he can’t stop it’s too busy during the day. It’s not that busy. I told him I was going to call the cops. He said go ahead. Great brand ambassador you got here.
