This man’s dump truck was traveling down the highway yesterday uncovered. A giant rock or hunk of clay flew out of the truck and busted my windshield, I was covered in glass. I attempted to call his company to make it right and spoke with the owner of the company. He took no responsibility for the damage done to my vehicle and didn’t even ask if I was okay. I have filed a police report with the Auburn, AL police department and will be following up on this.

Do not trust this business with any level of complexity. They have 0 forethought or logistical planning capability. They decide to work on a road in front of an elementary at the very times parents are picking up children. How they decided it was a good idea to perform road work on the road with the only access to some neighborhoods with no warning is baffling, but even more confusing is how they managed to time this road work at the only time the road is busy, which is during these pickup hours. Absolutely unbelievable lapse in judgement and a stunning display of inability to critically think.

One of their truck drivers was driving 75 (over the speed limit) and slung rocks all over out vehicle. When I called and spoke to the owner he was very unprofessional and said well call the state trooper. He wasn’t concerned at all about the way his driver was driving or that he almost caused a wreck since we had to swerve off the road. This was the truck.

A man flagging traffic for JLD was SITTING DOWN WITH THE SHORTEST SIGN EVER he hollered at me and cussed at me while he continued to SIT in the middle of the road with a sign not visible at all. Something should seriously be done about this before he either gets ran over or causes an accident. It's not safe for him or anyone else. Maybe he should be given a handbook on proper ethics and virtues.

We rented a 20 yard roll-off dumpster from JLD for a home demolition project. The drop-off and pick-up was prompt when we called and the staff was professional. We gave the driver a couple of options for a drop-off location. I was impressed the driver managed to get the dumpster all the way down our narrow driveway so it was close to our project. I would recommend JLD for anyone looking for a roll-off dumpster rental.
