From the beginning, they were extremely responsive, came out promptly to provide a quote, and stayed in constant communication with updates throughout the process. We were on a very tight timeline to have our parking lot resurfaced before Memorial Day week, and they absolutely delivered. Disappointing. I have lots of cracks on the sealing and hot patch is falling apart two weeks after the job is done. However, when I try to ask them to come and fix the issue, they keep saying they will come and they never show up. It’s been 3 months now and no one really came. I called and texted many times very politely.
