For the initial consultation, the specialist cancelled half an hour before appointment. He was apologetic and rescheduled quickly, so I wrote it off. After the consultation, he said he’d get me an estimate later that week. No estimate. By the end of the next week, I sent him an email. No response. I messaged the office manager. She said he’d have it over that day. Still no estimate. I reached out again the next day and the next. I expressed concern that the company was not reliable enough to do my job. No response from either person at all. I just wish that if they didn’t want to build my patio, they would’ve said so from the beginning and not wasted my time for two weeks. Incredibly unprofessional and honestly disrespectful.

They did a good job shoveling the sidewalk and walkway to the front door — except for the area of the sidewalk between the drive and road. That area was hard packed and icy, as was most of the drive. Looked like the plow’s tires packed those areas. Now, credit where due. We called and complained and the next morning they had a plow guy back out. He worked at it for a while and, before he left, had both the problem drive and adjoining walk areas in pretty good shape. So, on balance, we are satisfied with their plowing service. If they get it right the next time, we’ll go from satisfied to happy.

Steffen and the crew dida fantastic job revamping my backyard after several years of neglect on my part. They replanted with low maintenance plants and shrubs and redid the patio. I am very satisfied with the results, the timing and the price. I highly recommend.
