K & B Asphalt Sealcoating Inc

Guy holding stop sign keeping traffic stopped for 10+ minutes without any oncoming traffic. Talks shit & wanted a car to pull over when passed, why? To fight? Just do your job reasonably.

City of Kalamazoo must have contracted this company to perform sealing along Portage Rd. Cones were haphazardly placed and placed so far apart no one knew which side of the road to drive on until they approached the crew in the center of the road. There was no indication that traffic would need to merge. This placed both their employees and drivers in danger. At one point, a cone was struck by traffic and cars were swerving into the oncoming lane. This is wildly gross negligence on part of the company.

Excellent customer service. The estimate was performed by Matt, who is very professional, courteous, and informative about what would be done to repair our driveway and in bad need of attention. They kindly performed the job per my request - while we were out of town - and we came home to a beautiful driveway! Highly recommend K&B Asphalt Sealcoating.

Anyone in the Lenawee County area thinking of paving their driveway or road should contact Rocky at K&B Asphalt! Their quality of work is simply OUTSTANDING and Rocky's responsiveness to my customers needs were great! Very competitive pricing, you won't be disappointed. Hire them!

Don't bother to call, since they don't return calls or honor their bids. I received a bid in May '19, which was tripled when it came time to do the work. They put me off all year, then in Oct '19 sent back my 50% deposit and decided not to do the job. Wonder why they're in business at all? Very disappointed!
