Ken's Paving Co Inc

Ken's paving is amazing! They are a family business and have tremendous knowledge and experience. I had contacted them after noticing the top of our driveway was sinking and causing the cinderblock to deteriorate at the front of our garage floor due to the pitch of the driveway being wrong and the years of water damage from the roof line and downspout that followed. They immediately knew what was going on and gave me a fair and accurate estimate to completely replace my driveway. The crew were thoughtful and considerate of us and our neighbors in regard to noise and equipment while working on the project. About 10 months later the top coat was added. Again, they were thorough and very considerate to be sure not to damage a new walkway we had installed in the interim, to make sure that the prior water damage would not happen again and that all the residual asphalt was swept from the gutters and roadway in consideration of our neighbors not getting asphalt kicked up on their cars. When working near our walkway and flower beds, the crew removed their shoes and worked in stocking feet so as not to get any asphalt on the walk or disturb the flower beds/mulch areas. When finished, the crew gave us very specific instructions regarding the care and maintenance of the driveway prior to sealing and in reference to backfilling along the driveway to avoid cracks and damage. Just a wonderful experience! Don't hesitate to call, you won't regret it!

These guys are brilliant, not only the professional job they did with our paving at our property, but persuading us to have it laid in an alternative way. I am so happy with results, it looks far better than I ever expected. Anyone who is undecided with a paving contractor use these guys, you won't be disappointed. I will be using them next time.

Great paving company. Their proposal was well thought out and competitively priced. Their crew was organized, professional, and committed to performing good work. Their office has been responsive and informative. Highly recommended.

Their reputation proceeds them. They did a phenomenal job. I am very happy. They were very reasonably priced. Ken is a professional. He was great to deal with.

Ken was great to work with throughout the whole process, much better than any other company I tried to just get quotes from. Ken's finished product looks much better than other driveways in the neighborhood that were done recently by his competitors, who also quoted higher prices. Be careful with other companies who started with sealing and then added on paving. Ken's team is a well-oiled machine, is on time, and has a great attention to detail. On the day of the top-coat, he let me know about an issue with the height of a small section of brick landscaping, and allowed me to put in a quick temporary fix to allow the driveway to be paved at the necessary height so rainwater will drain correctly. It's a simple enough permanent fix, I'll be able to put it the way the landscapers should have done it with minor supplies from Lowe's. He could have made it work as it was without saying anything, but the foresite is greatly appreciated. Knowing what I know now, I would always recommend getting the driveway done first, and then landscaping if you're in need of both like we were.
