Kilgore Companies

I have reached out to this company’s claims department multiple times regarding a large rock chip and crack in my windshield, but I have yet to receive any response. It’s extremely frustrating to be ignored when trying to resolve a legitimate claim. I expected better communication and customer service, but unfortunately that has not been my experience.

I was driving, a semi truck with the trailer on I 15 where speed limit is 75. This idiot was coming from exit 344 and jumped from the exit to the middle lane right away without checking his mirrors and living any safe distance,he could make a really dangerous accident. I had to make emergency break and change my lane to not hit him when I came closer to him he was eating and pretending like nothing was happen

One of their trucks passed us anf Busted our windshield with a gigantic rock that flew out of it. Thank god it didn't hit a motorcycle. Judging from theses reviews, I'm out of luck....

Terrible. They sent out a notice to our neighborhood alerting us that our water would be turned off at 8:30 am for construction work. We made plans to make sure showers, etc. would be done by that time only to find our water turned off at 7 am!! Ridiculous! Why send out a notice if you aren’t going to follow it? Earlier this week they forgot to turn the water back on for another section of our neighborhood so they were without water for over 24 hours. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!

Their cement truck kicked up a huge rock and broke my windshield. Sent multiple emails and called with no response. I submitted a claim with photos and records of new window and damage. This is not the first time they have damaged my window. Worst company to deal with. You are better off using insurance and having them go after Kilgore for payment. UPDATE…… over 2 months and no reply. Multiple emails and phone calls. Absolutely one of the worst companies who do not own any responsibility for their trucks not being in compliance (mud flaps, covered loads, obeying traffic laws). They spew rocks, dirt, gravel out of their trucks damaging windows and never take responsibility. See all of their companies and reviews it will be all you need to know.
