We were in the market for our back patio to be upgraded. We emailed Kilgore, Dallas called us the next morning, came over to the house, talked to us, and gave us ideas. We agreed on the design and a fair price. Dallas had the work crew start the day after that. After two days of work, we had the patio ready for the weekend. Very happy with the process and working with Dallas. Great communication from beginning to end.

Paver repair was good after having to have them return to redo the spot that was the reason for calling them in the first place. I was a sucker and bit on the offer to have them powerwash and seal the pool deck. They eventually made it back after 2 phone calls but not only did they not seal the stone, they sprayed all of the dirt into my pool and they charged me the price for cleaning AND sealing when they weren't sealed. I now have an additional expense because I have to find a professional pool cleaner to come and get the 1/4 inch of dirt off of my pool floor AND I have to resand the decking because it was all washed into the pool. The pool water was so full of soot and debris that I couldn't see the bottom. Not cool at all. Not happy. So buyer beware.

Our HOA had the pavers done in an area that lead up to the community pool in December 2024. In July 2025, the pavers started sinking. I reached out to the company and spoke with Donnie twice. Each time he said the crew was coming by to repair them. As of September 6, 2025, they have not and now I can’t get a response via text, email or call back. We are now noticing several areas that are falling. Some areas are a trip hazard and someone could get hurt. I have pavers installed at home and have never seen this happen. So what looked good upon installation has not held up. This is a vacation rental area so who knows the real timeline on the falling pavers. Less than a year isn’t anything greater than one star. Owner came back and said it was a leak under pipe. We went back and review pics of the project. One photo shows the pipe. Two hours later the photo shows the pipe with duct tape. Photos time stamped. Owner says someone told him pipe was not working. Wonder why they put duct tape on it?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I cannot express this enough. Initially we were impressed with bid process. Someone came out quickly and got us a bid the same day. That's where anything good to say ends. It started with their sales person, Dallas, calling or texting multiple times a day to ask if we had made a decision. When we told him we were waiting on irrigation to move a line, he said that was something they could do so we said okay. Then we caught them trying to place the patio over the line. When we called them about it, we got told oh we will just cap the line. I said that's not what we wanted and he said okay we can move it. They still did not move the line. Then we caught them trying to use dirt from the side of the road instead of the sand we paid for the foundation of the patio. We were not told the pergola wouldn't sit completely on the patio. We were not told that half the patio would be raised 14 inches off the ground. When we asked about washout we were told it wouldn't be an issue due to the cement they put down. Its been 3 weeks and its already an issue. It looks awful and when i mentioned this, i got told "I don't know what to tell you." Then we tried to turn on our sprinklers. Water came bubbling up from under the patio and running out the side ruining the integrity of the whole patio. Thats when we learned they hadn't moved or capped the line and had actually sawed it in half and left it. Their only solution was to fix the pipe with no regards to the structural integrity of the patio itself. They also for no reason at all dumped cement into our irrigation valve box which means we now have to pay to replace our entire irrigation system.
