KoolCote

Update 6/2/26: After posting this review, the General Manager came out to our home within the week. He did a great job of explaining why these problems happened. He is going to get the chips repaired and solve the cracking problems later this month by scoring the entire pool deck. It is still going to be quite expensive to repair but we agreed to let them fix this. I will post another update after the repairs are finished. We had our pool deck surface covered by KoolCote in June of 2021. It looked beautiful at first and was cool on bare feet. For the last few years, however, hairline cracks have increasingly appeared. I had a representative out to look at the issues and she said it was not covered by warranty. For the last couple of years, it is also chipping badly. I would never do this type of pool deck again! Now, we will have to have some other company grind it down to the bare concrete and resurface it with another type of material.

I had a great experience with KoolCote from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about their products. They took the time to explain the process and made sure I felt confident in the work being done. The quality of the coating exceeded my expectations it made a noticeable difference in temperature and overall appearance. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to detail. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. I highly recommend KoolCote to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality solution. Definitely worth it!

Koolcote is a company I will definitely recommend repeatedly. It started off with our sales representative Erica going in to detail on how the insulation process works and what to expect from start to finish. We had daily updates from the office and the communication was amazing . We will definitely be using them again

Koolcote’s professionalism exceeds expectation. Every phone call was answered and every question addressed. Erica’s input on our selection was exactly what we were looking for. Phone updates were frequent and appointments on time. Office staff were meticulous in ensuring that we understood each process step and follow up. A company that rates high on integrity and customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Koolcote!

This company is amazing. The price was reasonable and the end product was so much better than we ever imagined. The two guys who did the work were professional and respectful and kept a clean workspace throughout the process. Our patio looks better than it ever has. They were very meticulous and even added nice edges to the seams. The products used are very sturdy and high quality. We look forward to working with the Koolcote in the future for more projects
