Kova Construction LLC

We recently completed a very significant renovation of our home, and I cannot say enough great things about Kova Construction. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. Communication was clear, prompt, and professional at every stage. The attention to detail was extraordinary—nothing was overlooked, and the craftsmanship throughout the project exceeded even our highest expectations. They managed the entire process seamlessly: coordinating top-notch subcontractors, navigating the permit process with ease, and keeping everything on schedule. Even when the inevitable hiccups came up (as they always do in any major renovation), they handled them with total transparency, fairness, and calm expertise. These are contractors who take immense pride in their work and genuinely care about delivering the best possible outcome for their clients. We feel incredibly lucky to have worked with them, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor you can truly trust. Kova will be true partners in your project. I wish I could give more than five stars.

I am excited to share my wonderful experience working with KOVA Construction. We had a full gut renovation project with an addition that also involved redesigning the entire interior of the house. It was my first time doing a project like this, and I was very thankful to be able to be working with Kova. The two points of contact are Ostap Vidov and Oucimar Lozano a.k.a "Ney". Not only were they very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the project, but they were very thorough. Both of them had extensive experience and were ready for this opportunity. Every vendor they recommended and we used during the entire project has been exceptional. I did my personal research to assess other vendors in the same field and price shop to see what made sense but a majority of his vendors were leading contenders! Everyone produced exceptional quality work, and if you see the house from the sheetrock to the trims to the molding to the flooring, there are so many amazing details that made sure to do on their own without us mentioning anything, asking for anything, requesting anything and expecting anything. They also managed the timelines and work flow in such a seamless way. Since we have moved into the house, they have been very helpful in our transition into this new house, understanding every function/facet and making sure to assist if we have any questions at any time with immediate response. I have recommended KOVA to several friends and will continue to do so as they are an awesome team!

We had such a great experience with Kova construction and will use them again for future home renovation needs. They are reliable, produce high quality results, hold themselves to high standards, and are super easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We hired Kova for a renovation of two rooms on our ground floor as well as to restore and paint the exterior of the house. They worked closely with us on the design, were patient and professional throughout, and most importantly paid keen attention to every detail and executed with perfection. Ostap and Ney are the best of the best and I strongly recommend them.

We were fortunate enough to work with Kova construction to renovate our house after a major water leak. From the very beginning, the whole process was seamless and easy. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and reasonable pricing. We highly recommend this company and will continue using them for future projects.
