Lalvay and Sons Landscape Construction

Well how I can explain in short and easy way to understand my experience with this company! I own a construction business different field , I give them the work on my back yard , they not just didn’t do it right at the beginning, they always said we have warranty , leaving a mess every day , leftover food being rats close to my house , I have pictures of , don’t do what they promise to do ( let’s call right ) and after complaining Wilmer replay , I do if you want ! Really ? I not just want you have to do right and that’s what I pay for ! Any ways ! Always replaying I have warranty, seriously? I don’t want call you after yours mistakes just do it right now and don’t have to come back or ghosted!!! Then I have to call again and again to fix and saying , I leave my guys to fixed ( finally recognized something ) but after a almost a fight ! Showing rude lol not even say hello , hands on the side and smiling sarcastic! Ok at that point I want him out of my house . Then at the end just use the polymer to cover the joints ( grout to be more understandable) Leave a very sloppy and Wilmer said ohh the rains will take the extra sand ! Ohh boy I just came to pick up the check ! Honestly I don’t want this guy come back here or any people I like or I know they horribly job and zero customer service , zero communication, zero professionalism , zero respect ! By the way land pallets on grass and leave the driveway a mess ! Guess what Wilmer said I have warranty and the rains will clean out for you !

DO NOT USE THEM!! They paved our driveway and there are uneven spots that our garage can’t close all the way. A few neighbors used them as well and had issues. Wilmer (the owner) keeps telling everyone he’s coming to fix the driveway but never shows. Now he ghosted us by not answering anyone’s calls or text messages. Rude and unprofessional.

They are rude and inconsiderate. Do not use these people!

If you are in the West Orange or Livingston area please do not use this company for any yard work.
