Lara Paving & Grading Inc

I had an excellent experience with this paving company from start to finish. Their team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the process, offered helpful recommendations, and delivered exactly what they promised. The quality of their work is outstanding — the paving looks smooth, clean, and beautifully finished. They worked efficiently, kept the job site tidy, and completed the project on schedule. It’s clear they take pride in their craftsmanship. Overall, I’m very impressed and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality paving work. Great service, great value, and great results.

This is a great Father and Son Team that did an amazing job on repairing my asphalt cracks, grinding and patching asphalt where necessary and then re-coating my parking lot. This property has almost 2 acres of asphalt so not small task. They completed the job rapidly and replaced all the required handicap signs, painted all new parking spaces and handicap area as required by code. Personally they went out of their way to go above and beyond what they promised. I would highly them for any project and would definitely use them again.

Best Parking Lot Repair and Sealcoating Service — Honest, Reliable, and Family-Owned! I can’t say enough good things about working with Joaquin and his family-owned asphalt repair company. From start to finish, everything was transparent, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Joaquin personally came out to meet me near my work area, reviewed the parking lot repair and sealcoating proposal clearly, and once the project started, he sent daily progress photos without me even needing to ask. The parking lot repair and sealcoating turned out phenomenal — better than I expected. I had about five different asphalt contractors reach out to me after submitting a fast quote request, and honestly, many tried to overwhelm me with complicated ideas and upselling. Joaquin was the only one who kept things simple, explained the ADA parking compliance clearly, and helped me focus on exactly what was needed — no unnecessary extras. His communication was excellent — no pressure, no scare tactics, and no chasing for updates. Everything was handled professionally, and he delivered on time and as promised without surprise charges or hidden fees. It’s very clear that Joaquin and his father truly take pride in their work. I felt their sincerity from the beginning, and that’s why I trust them for any future projects. I plan to continue working with them for future parking lot maintenance and eventually for full asphalt repaving when the time comes. If you're looking for honest, high-quality asphalt repair, sealcoating, or ADA parking compliance work, reach out to Joaquin. Tell him your needs and your budget — he will work with you to make it happen without stress. Great workmanship, great price, and true professionalism. Highly recommend!
