I called five days ago and set up a appointment with Larry to come give me a cost estimate for a construction project consisting of black top of part of a parking lot and concrete of part of the parking lot for a light commercial business. First appointment Larry did not show up. Second appointment. He was 30 minutes early. When I arrived, he seemed too preoccupied to give me the time of day. Rather than offering any advice, he asked me what I wanted what dimensions I wanted and quickly dismissed me. I thought I was getting professional service that would include recommendations for the traffic that we had coming and going in the business, but he had no interest in hearing about any of that. I am sure they do great work, but they may have deemed this project too small for them although it will end up being $150,000 project as we want it done. We will likely have Perrin Asphalt do the job who gave us extensive recommendations. Following your comments: Larry was not prepared to discuss the project. He asked what I wanted blacktop or seal coat scraping or top-dressing, and where for the concrete and where I wanted it and seemed indifferent to the few facts he listened to. He was in a hurry to leave and quickly dismissed me. It’s too bad because from your reviews and website description, you were on the top of my list for the project.

The crew did a great job. They’re very nice. People took care of everything very well and did a great job on everything.

Larsco has done several projects for us, both at our home and our place of work. They're professional, timely, and thorough each time. They're my go-to for all driveway, parking lot, sidewalk needs because I've received good value each time.

Was really pleased with the seal coating I had done. I felt really good about the fact that Scott has his PE and I felt like Larry didn’t oversell me on anything. My driveway was probably a few years overdue to be sealed. The job was completed quickly and the results are great.
