Las Vegas Pavers | Paver Installation Las Vegas

I do NOT recommend TROY from Las Vegas Pavers (not to be confused with Las Vegas Paver). We hired him to seal our pavers (new - installed about 4 to 6 months ago). We have problems - patchy work, discolored pavers, gaps between pavers now and they rock - not sure if this had something to do with the power washing the company did prior to applying whatever was applied, chunks of the pavers coming off. He does't respond to texts or calls - Only responded when I gave him a poor google review. He asked me to take down the google review with the agreement that he would meet with us at our house and discuss a plan to fix the problem. He canceled our meeting and refused to reschedule, telling us that he drove by our home several days earlier on a Sunday and doesn't think there is a problem - only "needs another coat." We live in a guard gated community. We were home all day Sunday. He texted us and told us we are "those people that can't be satisfied" and gaslighted us.Take a look for yourself at the photos. I would have been happy if he met with us and came up with a solution we both agreed upon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TROY or LAS VEGAS PAVERS. Poor workmanship and more so poor business practices. We have had multiple companies confirm that the pavers were NOT "sealed" properly.

Troy did an awesome job. I was having a hard time finding someone who could get out to my client's home on short notice. Troy was able to hit our deadline, did a great job, was clean & respectful, & laid everything out perfectly as we had requested. I would absolutely use Troy again without any hesitation.

Troy (Las Vegas Pavers) did a great job on replacing some of my badly damaged/stained driveway pavers. He completed the job when I wasn't home but did an excellent job and left me a note to let me know if I needed more replaced, just to shoot him a text. I would definitely recommend Las Vegas Pavers! Thanks again Troy!

Troy is awesome! From the start, he was responsive with all the phone calls and texts. Reasonable price to get the job done. He helped us with this 11'x38' dirt land to beautiful paver in 3 days. They cleaned up everyday before they leave the job site. So great to work with. 200% recommended!

My husband and I can’t thank Troy and his team enough for turning our dirt backyard into the most beautiful view. They worked sun up to sun down in the Vegas heat to make our blue print dream a reality. We are absolutely in love with our new patio and turf and had endless compliments from our guests. These guys are awesome and we will definitely be giving them a call for future updates to our home!
