Lazaro Paving Corporation

We had two estimates for our driveway replacement and they came in only $400 apart. We went with Lazaro because of the detail of the proposal and reputation. It was a two stage job, removing the old asphalt and preparing the surface for paving, then the paving. At all stages the workers attended to detail, using levels, multiple passes with the heavy rollers, treating the edges, etc. it looks great and I expect it will last a very long time. I highly recommend them.

Word of mouth led me to Lazaro just as I started thinking of a new drive. I looked around and there seemed to be no negative reviews, so I requested a quote, which fell right in the middle of where I guessed it might be. The whole process, from estimate through both stages of construction, was painless. The office staff and both crews were friendly and professional throughout. The drive is lovely and I would not hesitate to recommend Lazaro Paving.

Our driveway is very long, about 700' in length and was never officially paved. The previous owner had what I guess is called Flexipave installed along with liquid asphalt and stone rolled into it. This lasted about 10 years but deteriorated fast. We decided to have paved 'the right way'. With that we had may estimates come in for the work to be done. In the end we decided to go with Lazaro Paving. Their overall experience in the field, as they are one of the big players in the area, their explanation of how they would do the job, along with answering any and all questions we had, along with a long list of positive reviews and referrals is what helped us decide on them for the job. When it came time to start the job, they called to schedule a few days in advance. When the day came to start they were here when they said they would be. Both prep and installation teams. And they did the work they promised to do. All employees were very professional and had great work ethic. You can see they take pride in their work. We highly recommend Lazaro Paving. We couldn't be happier. We have received many compliments from not only our neighbors, but delivery services as well. Great Job Lazaro - Thank you!

After calling, reviewing and getting quotes from a few other companies, I just knew LAZARO was the choice for me. Every bit of communication was always informative and detailed, the project was done in a timely fashion and my property was left with added value, thank you guys for such great work👍... they may not always be the cheapest of choices...but THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

My driveway has a healthy slope and getting a proper pitch for drainage was critical. I had a very good initial discussion with the owner, Rick, who possesses extensive experience. We agreed to an approach which included adding a new 2'x2' drain. When the crew showed up, they were already aware of the special needs and tolerances. They prepped one day, regraded it after a heavy rain, and paved both layers within a week. They met the pitch tolerances very nicely -- no small feat given the material and heavy equipment involved. The initial estimate is exactly what I paid. It was a little expensive, however, I knew I was also paying for their expertise and assurance they'd do the work as needed.
