Contracted LDC Paving for some bollard additions at a business I manage. Competitive quote returned quickly, work scheduled quickly. Professional crew on site, general contractor stopped by as well. They did a great job, and cleaned up also. Work looks great. Will definitely use again!

LDC Paving just finished repair & seal coat our 156,000 sqft parking lot, even though i have some rough times in between, but i have to say Chad Davis (owner) is a decent, hard working, customer-care man. LDC Paving was contracted to install and strategically place asphalt speed bumps throughout our large apartment community,to enhance the safety of our residents, visitors and guests. Not only are we extremely pleased with the finished product, but we are also excited to have found a reputable, respectable, reasonable, trustworthy company to partner with again in the future. LDC Paving and Chad has always done a great job for me. He has been doing my paving jobs going back to April 2014. He just completed 2 large repairs after my plumber did some major sewer line installation. They were completed timely and at an extremely fair price. The quality of the work was more important then just the price. He also took it upon himself to do some minor patches around my property without charging me or even letting me know, which is totally appreciated. Chad keep up the good work.

Waste of my time! Don't expect this contractor to give you more than 10 minutes of their time to meet with you on property to discuss your needs and optimal space utilization. I let Chad know I was running late, meeting time at 11:00am and I arrived at 11:10am, 10 minutes late after traveling from downtown traffic and he left the site at 11:05am, he could not even wait for me to get there. I asked how long they usually allot to customers for the first meeting and he hung up on me. Never to say sorry or to ask if we could reschedule. If he had a meeting after ours that is understandable but I guess that means he only allots 5 minutes for each meeting because that is how long he was onsite. If that's the type of person you want to deal with then by all means call LDC. Not professional! Find someone who cares and will be understanding. A bad attitude never helped any business. Hope they learn that word of mouth goes far in the real estate industry and you never truly know who you're dealing with and what type of influence they may have in either helping or hindering your business. You should treat everyone with respect.
