We are very happy with Leap Frog Roofing and our new roof. Crew was on time, professional, and friendly. The job was fully explained and completed without surprise expenses. Clean up was very thorough. We have no complaints.

Very happy with our experience! The crew worked insanely fast, and they were easy to communicate with. Our first interaction was with Nate, who was very professional and easy to work with. He came out to give us an estimate and provided many samples to choose from. We felt informed and educated going into the whole process. Garrett, the owner, provided top notch customer service with multiple check-ins, both during and after installation, to ensure we were fully satisfied with all aspects of their work. There have been a few times in my life when I felt especially good about a choice I’d made. That used Honda Civic 5-speed I bought in 1992 comes to mind. And the house I bought in South Milwaukee, when I returned to Wisconsin after decades of life elsewhere. It’s all I could have hoped for. The home inspection report indicated I’d need to consider replacing the roof in a few years and after April’s rains, there were signs that it was time, and I wanted to act before any there were any serious consequences. I got a couple of detailed estimates and ultimately chose Leap Frog Roofing. I was impressed with them from the first visit. Their salesman climbed up onto the roof, as expected, but he also went into the attic, to check for problems from that perspective. I have a retractable awning bolted onto my roof, which extends out over a permanent sunroom that was added to the home after it was initially built. He and owner Garrett Becker put a lot of thought into how best to protect the new roof in the spots where those bolts would be attached. The crew that arrived in early May for the installation were very capable, efficient and respectful of other parts of my property. They put in a very long day, removing the old roof from both home and garage, and installing the new roof and improvements (ridge vents, etc.). The clean-up at day’s end was swift and very thorough. The gutters were installed by a different crew the following day, and that went smoothly, too. My sister warned me to be prepared to find roofing nails for months afterward, but that hasn’t happened. Garrett and I found a few when he stopped by for a final inspection, but I haven’t found even one nail, since. Some significant storms rolled through last week and there were no issues, so I’m feeling a new confidence in the roof that is, literally, over my head. And I’ve added my selection of Leap Frog Roofing to the list of really good choices I’ve made over the years.

Garret and his team were incredibly professional and efficient. They respected our property and cleaned up every night so things weren’t everywhere while they were working. Garret and his wife were professional and thorough in communicating with us on when jobs would be done and also working with our insurance team to help us get approval on all the work needed. We had damage to our roof, siding and gutters and Leapfrog went back and forth with our insurance until it was all approved. Highly recommend and would use them over r and over again!
