Legacy Custom Pavers & Outdoor Living

I cant say enough about Michael Conn, Eduardo and his crew and the fabulous job they did on our backyard transformation! We had the entire aggregate decking removed and replaced with light walnut travertine pavers. At the same time Frederick from Frederick's Custom Pools remodeled our spa and coping. I want to highlight the huge job and going into it not fully knowing what all the details would entail made me a bit anxious. Michael and Frederick worked in tandem to address every question I had (and there were a lot of them) with a result that I love, love, love! Before the project I disliked coming out and we rarely used the spa as there was almost no access to get in it. The spa remodel was planned differently when we started but upon demoing the old Fredrick's team came up with an even better styling and the result was phenomenal. The deck was demolished and replaced with pavers along with complete rework of the drainage, widening of the sidewalk and bed, patio path wrap around the spa enabling entry from every side and remodel of the bed by the pool with stone. There are a lot of curves in my backyard and the team was meticulous about how they shaped and cut it. The bed by the pool turned out beautiful with the style the guys came up with. Everything was designed with minimal maintenance in mind and keeping the bed mulch from washing onto the patio with every rain. Im happy to report that the drainage is working perfectly. With all the carrying of materials through the back yard, not a single sprinkler head was busted and the grass looks exactly like it did before the job started. I cant recommend Legacy Custom Pavers enough! Oh, did I mention I'm not burning the skin off my feet anymore either, love this travertine! I've included photos from before and after. The job was completed end of May 2026.

Thank Tim and his crews from Legacy Custom Pavers completed backyard transformation. Glad settled with Tim/Legacy Custom Pavers for the project. Tim has been patiently working with us from planning/design phase through the completion of the project today. He is always available. Both pavers crew and turf crew are fairly big size. They are professional, pay attention to details, passionate on their job, patiently going through whole process which are not simple or easy. They ensured whole new areas are super clean when finished the job. High recommend Tim and Legacy Custom Pavers.

I would say every aspect and steps with the project went above my expectations. Robert showed up when he said he was going to to look at the property and give me a quote. The estimated price was about what I was expecting. He said the job would take a day. Once we got all the details settled and got booked, the crew showed at 7:30 and was done by 2:00 - faster than what I was expecting. And we are more than happy with our new patio space! Would highly recommend them!

Legacy Custom Pavers did an outstanding job on our backyard transformation in Frisco! The project included a silver travertine patio, a circular fire pit area with LED lighting and decorative border, perimeter walkway around the entire yard, side yard pavers. Special thanks to Michael Chaney - he was our main contact and made the entire experience seamless. From our very first conversation, Michael was professional and proactive. He brought samples to our home so we could choose the right materials, and he was present on-site every single day to ensure quality and answer any questions. That level of commitment is rare and made all the difference. The travertine installation is flawless - the French pattern looks beautiful and the silver color is exactly what we wanted. They also ran the gas line for our fire pit and applied sealer to protect the stone. The project was completed on time and within the quoted price. No surprises, no hidden costs. Our backyard now looking beautiful and functional, we absolutely in love with how this is all came together. Attaching some pictures here. If you're looking for quality hardscape work in the DFW area, I highly recommend Legacy Custom Pavers and Michael Chaney. Worth every penny!

I had a fabulous experience with Legacy pavers. I had previously done my backyard with a competitor and it was a nightmare. It took over a month and I constantly have water pooling in places. Legacy had a much bigger job taking up a huge concrete driveway and it was a much larger area. They have their own bobcat and a pretty big crew of people so they got my entire job done in one week and it is sloped perfectly that I have no water pooling. Brandon, the owner, is the nicest guy. The communication was great. They showed up on time. I’m truly amazed that they finished the job within a week and it’s done so well! They even re did the tile on my entry way which cracked because it was ceramic and not rated for outdoors. Price wise they were less than the other 2 bids I got. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for pavers.
