LEVET CONSTRUCTION

We started to look into converting our two car garage into an ADU some times last year. I knew of friends who did that and were making good money so we started to interview different companies. Out of the 4 companies we talked to Levet stood out the most. They seemed much more professional than the others and seemed to have done a bunch of them already. They promised a no headache process to include everything from A to Z. We had some bumps with the city taking long with covid but their Architect kept on following up and got our permits rather quickly. From there I was pretty happy with the process. The crew were nice and courteous and to my surprise Levet actually got the job done exactly at the number they promised which is a pleasant surprise to see with contractors these days and it is also the main reason I’m writing this review. I’d definitely recommend them and have done so already to a couple of friends who were impressed with the work.

My family and I just got our ADU done by Levet, we're super stoked with the results. Not only did it add square footage to our house, but we now have a whole extra one bed/bath space to rent out and pay off our mortgage! They took care of everything without any interruptions or headaches. Levet is the way to go!

We purchased our home last year and heard about the new garage conversion laws. We interviewed several companies and Levet had the best and most thorough presentation. They offered financing and had everything in house including their architect and engineer which is what we were looking for since we really didn’t want to deal with all the city headache. They made plans and got them approved in 2 weeks, gave us a construction schedule and finished the job in 2 months. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to convert their garage into a permitted living unit.

Levet Construction made a dream come true for me and my family. I added a 1 bedroom 1 bath ADU on top of a one car garage. I never imagined it could be done. Ron came out and gave me a estimate and insured me it could be done. I am so pleased with their work and attention to detail. When I bought my home i never imaged adding a unit to the back to secure my retirement income. I am the most grateful girl in the whole wide world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Levet Construction for making a dream a reality. Blessings on Blessings to your company.

After doing a lot of research we found Levet Construction for the remodeling of the garage. They are very professional and will get the job done in a timely manner. They pay attention to every detail I will definitely recommend Levet Construction and will be using them for any future upgrades to our home!
