Libs Paving

Couple of years ago this company came through our neighborhood and milled our street, and put down new asphalt. Almost every house on our street has a rough ride into their driveways now. We had to buy a few ramps to help with not damaging our cars while pulling into our driveway. A lot of people on our street has had to buy the ramps, or I guess they just deal with their cars falling into the gutter, and bumping up to where their driveway is. Water run off is poor in the gutters, and having these ramps just adds to the issues. A few parts have started to chunk off the edge, on a section of the road that we don't even park or drive on. I want to love this company because it is local, but this job alone has completely turned me off from them. I know this is a really delayed review, but I'm reminded daily of their poor job when I leave my house, and honestly don't see the review prompting a change.

We reached out regarding a commercial paving project of approximately 17,000 sq ft and have now been waiting more than 10 days for an estimate. We understand that larger projects require preparation and scheduling; however, timely communication and follow-up are extremely important in commercial business operations. When projects are delayed at the estimating stage, it can impact planning, budgeting, and scheduling decisions for the customer. We would have appreciated more consistent updates and a clearer timeline regarding the proposal process. Hopefully the company improves its communication and response time moving forward.

Our neighborhood was being paved and they knocked over our trashcan full of trash, so that was fun to clean up but no big deal. Did let them know as an FYI very politely. Apparently that upset them because our trash can was knocked over 2 more times still full of trash. Felt very intentional. Do not recommend purely based on lack of professionalism.
