Little Elm Concrete

We decided to contact Little Elm Concrete based on the many good reviews on Google. Boy were we mistaken and I question the validity of those reviews. Within 30 minutes of our online inquiry, Oz, the owner, contacted us and sent a company representative to give us a quote on replacing or front steps and landings because one of our steps was crumbling and we wanted everything to match. We explained that we needed everything to be of the same size and stamped concrete style. He was quick to promise us the moon and of course wanted a large deposit to put us on the schedule. This is when the nightmare began. He gave us a start date and then kept pushing it back multiple times and finally ended up starting weeks later. When they finally started the initial demolition, he told us that it was going to cost a thousand dollars more than our written quote because the steps were thicker than he thought. The team assigned to our project did a terrible job doing the demolition and left a mess with garbage in our front yard. They never measured or marked the initial footprint of the steps and landing to ensure it would be replaced with the same size. It was days before this team returned to frame the steps and then even longer before the cement was finally poured. During this entire time, we never saw Oz and only heard from him when he wanted another payment. He was never at our project to oversee this crew of misfits. After the cement was poured it was weeks before anyone finally returned to remove the wood framing and one of the steps was cracked when removing the wood. They then left a larger pile of garbage in our yard until, after many calls to him, they finally removed it. The new cement work didn’t come close to matching the stamped concrete and was of different dimensions than the original. The cement had dips in the landing and was uneven and there were rough edges everywhere. The lights that I paid extra to have placed in 4 of the steps were put in crooked and they go
