Local Paving & Concrete

I had a disappointing experience with Local Paving & Concrete after hiring them to extend my driveway. Once the job was completed, the surface was noticeably uneven, and the corners were left jagged and unfinished. The quality of work fell far short of what I had paid for. I chose to hire a second company to burn the edges and repair the corners just to bring the driveway to a decent condition — an unexpected and significant out-of-pocket expense.

Michael and his crew paved my driveway and replaced my sidewalk in front of my driveway. Michael was very professional and made sure I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend them to anyone. I received 4 estimates. Local Paving & Concrete was not the cheapest or the most expensive. I selected them based on my interaction with Michael when he came to give me an estimate.

Not a good company They did not do what was asked. Would not recommend them to anyone.

My experience with this company sucks!! If I can give it 2 thumbs down I will. First no communication whatsoever, they just showed up to my house and started working unannounced. Secondly they left foot prints all over my newly installed asphalt, it looks like cement footprints cause I got my side walk done at the same time. 3rd no one came back to check on the work or told me how long I had to wait to walk or drive on it. I had to to ask the questions. Take a look at these photos and see all the foot prints they left on my new asphalt. I will not recommend this company to no one!! Try another company.

Awesome job. The driveway looks fabulous. Great crew and mike is a great guy. Not pushy about anything. Would highly recommend. Probably going to have him do a patio for us. Thanks Mike.
