M. Carroll Black Top Service

Worst company I’ve ever done business with they came out last year and pour the driveway for me within weeks it was cracking they claimed they was gonna do a 4 inch poor end up being too. The guy does come out says I’ll put crush over the top of it. It cracked so bad. My grass is growing through it, I called the owner. He says he promises to come out and take care of it over five months ago will not answer the phone go straight to voicemail. They took my money. Guaranteed me a job won’t answer the phone if I had to put any stars down I wouldn’t put any but Google make sure at least put one. This company is not good. They ripped me off. I’ve tried several times before I turned them in now. I’m hiring Attorney to get my money back.

Company must have closed their doors as no one answers their phone calls or responds to text. Choose another company. I have attempted numerous times to get them to come back to clean up this mess and make it right. They were paid in full and now will not answer, avoiding my calls. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Just BEWARE, DON’t pay the bill in full till you are 100% satisfied.

I can't say enough good things about this multi-generational family owned business! Things are in great hands with Matt Carroll, who learned it from his granddad and is passing the trade on to his children. Surrounded by an awesome group of men, my back yard recycled asphalt project couldn't have gone any better. God is good!
