This place is terrible! The material is garbage 95% of the time! The guys who work there are miserable and have their personality of a door mat! This is hands down one of the worst businesses I’ve ever interacted with!

Poor quality work by rude people. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else if satisfaction in the job is a concern of yours.

The guy who works in the scale house needs a serious lesson in customer service. He is one of the most unpleasant and rude people I’ve ever dealt with. There was a customer in front of me one day whos primary language wasn’t English and the manner the scale house guy was treating him because of it was completely unacceptable. Susi has some great people working for them but this guy is the exception to it.

I would suggest speaking to those who purchase your product in a better manner.
