I am writing to formally document the unsatisfactory experience I had with the concrete services provided by Soni. Due to a lack of professionalism, unfulfilled promises, and substandard results, I cannot recommend his services. Soni poured concrete for my property, and following the installation, I observed significant concrete overspray on my windows, stucco, downspouts, railings, and foundation paint. When I brought these issues to Soni's attention, I was promised a full cleanup the following spring. Although the stucco was addressed, the remainder of the cleanup was neglected despite multiple reminders via text message, which subsequently went unanswered. Consequently, I had to spend several hours cleaning the windows myself. More concerning than the aesthetic issues are the quality and functional problems with the concrete work itself. I specifically requested that the water runoff be directed away from the house; however, we now experience puddles and water running toward the foundation walls after it rains. The concrete also exhibits cracks, holes, and divots, and a section broke where the rebar was laid. A separate contractor I consulted confirmed that the work along the foundation was executed improperly, leading to the foundation paint peeling off. I urge Soni to honor his commitments and rectify the promised fixes and cleanups, which would demonstrate a basic level of professional integrity.

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the concrete services provided at my property and to demand that you fulfill your professional obligations to rectify the outstanding issues. The project, which included specific instructions for proper water runoff, has resulted in multiple significant problems and reflects a lack of professionalism and integrity in your execution and follow-through. Unresolved Cleanup and Lack of Professionalism Despite multiple reminders, significant concrete overspray on my windows, downspouts, railings, and foundation paint was never fully addressed as promised. While the stucco was partially cleaned in the spring, the remaining damage was ignored. The subsequent failure to respond to text messages regarding this matter is unacceptable. I have spent hours cleaning the windows myself due to your negligence. 2. Substandard Quality and Functional Defects More critically, the quality of the concrete work itself is substandard and has created functional problems for my property: • Improper Water Runoff: Despite specific instructions to direct water away from the house, the grading is incorrect. Puddles form, and water runs toward the foundation walls after rainfall, risking significant water damage. • Structural Defects: The concrete exhibits numerous cracks, holes, and divots. The concrete broke where the rebar was laid, indicating poor installation practices. • Foundation Damage: A separate, professional contractor has confirmed that the work along the foundation was executed improperly, leading to the existing foundation paint peeling off. To demonstrate a modicum of professional integrity you must immediately address these failures. Due to the accumulation of unfulfilled promises, a lack of communication, and the creation of additional problems requiring costly remediation, I cannot recommend your services to others.

We had a great experience with M6. They fit us in very quickly, gave us a fair price and delivered good work for our sidewalk and driveway/gutter apron. It’s been just over a month now and everything’s held up great and cured well.

Soni's commitment to us was impressive, one company to perform all the work needed in such little time, we were very pleased with this company they went above and beyond to get this done in 1 week! Soni was here every chance he could preparing the ground for the foundation an cement pad, he walked us through every step. We were very impressed with the quality and price. Soni was amazing to work with! We had our patio out back ripped out & repaved (which was cracked & slanting towards our foundation). His pricing was very reasonable, and his work perfect. He's great with his communication & will always let you know if something comes up & times need moved around. We had decided not to repave everything we ripped out as we wanted a bigger yard. When we were explaining our vision he asked questions to make sure he was getting everything exactly as we wanted. We also added another step going off the side of our porch; which I am so excited about! If you need concrete work done in Utah County - Soni is your man. Thanks so much! We can't wait until it's dry so we can fire up the grill and enjoy our backyard on a level patio :)
