⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn’t be more pleased with the re-paving work that MA Construction Group completed for Kids In Distress on January 5th, 2026. The team, especially Ian was extremely professional from start to finish, communicated clearly throughout the project, and completed the job in record time. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend them for any paving or construction needs! Thank you Martin, Marleen and Ian for the exceptional work!!

I attended a lunch and learn seminar hosted by MA Construction Group last week. Marty Applebaum spoke to the group on the Do’s and Don’t’s of Capital Projects (Asphalt, Sidewalks, other Walkways) as it pertains to ADA Compliance (Handicapped Parking Spaces, Approved Signage, Code, etc.). I truly enjoyed the class. I found Marty to be exceedingly knowledgeable in both the legal and technical aspects of asphalt projects. Marty kept the class actively engaged in the learning process while also telling “Dad Jokes” for comic relief. I look forward to attending future seminars and will be sure to contact MA Construction Group in the future when I need a project completed.

I have been a fan of MA Construction for years--mostly because they are a family owned business that came recommended. They also provide extraordinary service and education to all clients and the community. I recently used them to patch/repave/touch up a walkway in my HOA (it's actually a walking area around an entire park). I had several trip hazards and small potholes. They quickly came out, no waiting, and met David. David was great A-Z. He was serviceable and professional. He helped me understand things in layman terms, and went out of his way to do even more than the scope of work. MA goes out of their way!--for the client. As a property Manager (LCAM), I meet plenty of people/companies who over promise and underdeliver. MA Construction was BRILLIANT to deal with. I had zero worries and they made me look great to my Board. Marty, the owner, is accessible, will answer questions regarding any construction or paving project whether you hire them or not. He cares. They all care. That's a HUGE difference. Not only do I insist you give them a call, I recommend you trust them. They haven't let me down and have never heard a bad story from colleagues. Love this company A+++. Super super people.

My HOA association hired MA Construction Group to sealcoat our roadways. The HOA followed the guidelines in which Ian suggested for the amount of time the roads needed to be closed for them to cure properly… yet the seal coating was transferred to my driveway leaving black tire marks. It’s been 3 weeks and the marks aren’t fading with the elements. When I spoke to Ian, he told me there is nothing he can do, because the HOA signed a contract that “tracking” is acceptable. BEWARE if you are doing business with this company, as the roads were not cured enough and because of that, it caused damage to my personal driveway and they find this “acceptable”. In response to the owner - I can confirm that it wasn’t a vehicle that had drove through wet sealant. (Please see additional pictures of all my neighbors driveways with the same issue)
