Magnolia Construction

We hired Magnolia Construction for front yard remodeling in Encinitas and the results are fantastic. The new pavers and concrete work look clean and modern. Our neighbors keep asking who did it because it turned out so good.

Home theater setup in the basement was fun with them. Wired speakers into walls discreetly. Installed projector mount securely. Added dimmable lights for ambiance. Carpet padding softens echoes. Electrical for subwoofer powers bass deeply. Movie nights feel cinematic at home. Family bonds over films weekly.

Their custom shower enclosure and plumbing renovation in the guest bath turned out elegant and functional. Frameless glass doors with chrome hardware look clean and modern. Rainfall head plus handheld sprayer give options we love. Tile niche and bench provide convenient storage inside. All valves and lines were replaced for reliability. The team tested everything before leaving. We recommend their bathroom services highly after this success.

Our master bathroom renovation with walk in closet addition feels like a private retreat now thanks to this company. They installed double vanities and a large tiled shower with bench seating. Closet system organizes clothes and shoes efficiently. Heated floors and towel warmers add luxury every morning. Plumbing and lighting upgrades were done professionally. The crew kept the space usable during construction phases. We are beyond thrilled with the complete transformation.

Our roof was old and leaking, so we called Magnolia Construction in San Diego. They replaced the whole roof quickly and cleaned up every bit of debris. The new roof looks great and gives us peace of mind for years to come. We are very satisfied.
