Manfredi Hardscapes LLC

Jamie and his son have done two projects for us. One at our home which is a beautiful stamped patio and a concrete pad recently at our office bldg for our Motorhome. They are very efficient and timely. Very easy to work and are very professional. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Manfredi Hardscape has been nothing but professional, courteous, knowledgeable about their trade and most importantly honest since I first started dealing with them last winter. When MH first came to quote the job we had little idea as to what exactly we could do with our projects. MH was extremely helpful in guiding us through options and layouts. Not because of a sales pitch but rather because of a great looking product and workmanship, what started out as a set of stamped colored concrete steps and poured pad in front of our garage door turned into a new 175’ stone driveway edged in granite stone, back pool patio and additional excavation work. Along the way unforeseen obstacles arose and MH handled them with professionalism and fairness. In the end exactly what was promised was delivered and more!! Now our home has an unbelievable updated look for decades to come!

Jamie did an amazing job putting in our walkway! Living in a beach community, we had limited space and access for machinery, but they got the job done! And when the day came to put in my personal embellishments I couldn't be there, but I was more than pleased with how Jamie and my husband placed them exactly like I wanted. We are loving our new sidewalk!!! Thank you!

Jamie did my patio 2 years ago. I felt like a second class citizen. He was very busy and put me off for 2 months. When he finally came it got done between his other jobs. Because of some water issues he had to come back the next spring to reseal the patio. Now another year later and the concrete is disintegrating. He said it was because I used salt when actually the areas where salt was used faired better. We used pet friendly ice melt on our steps which drains away from the main part of the patio. I am now looking for another company to come and fix his disaster. See pictures below Clarifying to the response the pictures were taken of areas where there was no Never ice melt used and the water drains in the opposite direction. How professional to blame the customer. We were n ver told and have nothing in writing saying not to use ice melt, which was NOT the problem.

Manfredi Hardscapes tore up our old front walkway and back patio, leveled the area, and put in a new beautiful stamped concrete walkway and much larger stamped concrete patio. They were wonderful to work with. They left the area neat each day and we got great communication throughout the project. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked quickly, and never missed even the smallest of details. Both the walkway and patio have been finished and both exceeded our expectations! We are thrilled with the design and color! In fact, we’ve received a number of compliments from neighbors already! thank you Manfredi Hardscapes!
