ManMann Asphalt

From bid to completion ManMann Asphalt was professional, reasonable and competent. I am the Chief Engineer with Holiday Inn Express, they completed our 40,000 sqft parking lot in 3 days, with a crew of 10, including 2 inch overlays, concrete removal and replacement (sidewalk sections and parking islands) and seal coat then the painting of parking lines and designations. come by and view it, we're very happy with the results.

The team at ManMann did a great job on a fairly large commercial project that I needed done. They provided very timely and high-quality work for a great value. I'll continue to use them for all our asphalt needs.

ManMann did our parking lot for Metal Logos ,they did an amazing job. we had water flowing to your building before, after they were done the water flows away from the building and we don't have the puddles. They were so efficient they did it all in 1 day.

Awesome customer service. I only left 4 stars initially because my review is unrelated to an asphalt job. They had a crew doing work in my neighborhood near a school and very busy gas station. I noticed a large pile of glass and probably a couple hundred drywall screws in the middle of the street near the elementary school entrance. I called Drew and advised of the situation, he stated they do not utilize drywall screws but he would tend to the issue. Received a text less than a half hour later that the street was cleared. This type of service to the community is what makes the world go around. Very appreciative of Drew and his professionalism

Did my driveway a couple few years ago. There has been one spot that was done poorly. It has since started to chip and has created a hole. After a couple texts with Drew, they have been completely unresponsive. I have called and texted him dozens of times over the last several months without response. I would not recommend them to anyone after the complete lack of service or response to texts and voicemails.
