Great experience! Eddy really knows his stuff and made sure we understood everything. Best of all, they are 100% honest with their pricing. The exact price he quoted was the price we paid. No fine print, no surprises. Great company to work with.

**Do not hire – I was scammed.** I hired Eddy after receiving multiple bids. While he was the most expensive, he came across as professional, punctual, and personable, which gave me confidence that the higher cost meant higher quality work. Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. After agreeing to the job, Eddy showed up and immediately said the quoted price didn’t include prepping the ground—something he never disclosed before—and demanded an extra \$200. Reluctantly, I agreed, not wanting to argue. A few hours later, I saw the area was framed, but it wasn’t leveled, and there was no gravel or rebar. When I asked about it, he said that wasn’t part of the agreement and claimed I never specifically requested it. I told him I hired him to pour a concrete pad and expected it to be done correctly and to standard, especially at \$25 per square foot. He brushed it off and said, “You don’t need gravel or rebar for a pad,” and offered to “throw a few pieces in” from his truck. When I pushed back, he became argumentative, told me I was being unreasonable, and said I could either pay him for what he’d done and cancel the job or let him finish it as-is. At this point, my yard was a wreck, I was hosting a major event in a few days, and felt trapped. I chose to move forward—against my better judgment. The end result was a disaster. The concrete pad dried unevenly. The edges are crumbling, dirt is falling away from one corner, chunks of leftover concrete are scattered around, and the sides look like smeared frosting—completely unprofessional and unsightly. When I contacted him with photos and asked for it to be fixed, he refused. He claimed he never agreed to finish the sides and said he “doesn’t do finish work.” I assumed, like most people would, that finish work would include completing the job properly and cleanly. Now, I’m left with no choice but to hire someone else to tear out his shoddy work and completely redo the project—costing me even more time, money, and str
