Our property, including pond shoreline was overgrown and neglected, including dead trees covered with vines. Matthew went above and beyond what was expected. We are blown away with the work done and couldn’t be happier. He was prompt, clear in communication and instead of quitting early when the work was complete he did more than we expected. Matthew Bobo Construction and Land Management completely refurbished, repaired and improved a pond for our family at a reasonable price. He personally inspected the site, listened carefully for our interests, answered questions and then gave us quotes. We asked for a “phased” or step approach, since the weather might affect work. He accommodated us and we agreed. The site had to be partially cleared of overgrown vegetation, small trees, all while working around trees we wanted to save. Mr Bobo took the lead on delivering equipment, 15 loads of clay and site work, schedule and completion, all in close communication with us. The end result was excellent. He also dug a inlet to the pond as well as a professional grade pipe to insure overflow was planned and ready for heavy rain increases in water levels. If you are looking for a highly competent and customer friendly company to do your project my wife and would encourage you to call and see for yourself. Included are pictures or the before, during and final completed work. Follow up posting: After some time has passed, Mr Bobo returned with equipment to regrade the site, pack clay around the overflow drain pipe and distribute dirt carried into the pond by heavy rains. Full communication and coordination was much appreciated. The project (pond water) now awaits new arrival of water plants, ducks and even fish!
