McGinnis Asphalt & Concrete Paving

I have used McGinnis for several projects at different companies I have worked at. They are very knowledgeable and can ensure the work they do will last without spending extra on items not needed. They are also extremely good about working around business schedule and demands! With fast response times, great work, and good pricing, they are my go to contractor for all concrete and gravel work!

The thing that most impressed me with Jack is the wealth of experience he brings to the table to tackle any job that's put before him. Over the years of working with McGinnis Asphalt and Concrete Paving we have asked Jack to brainstorm with us on special projects, because we knew he had the creative abilities to design exactly what we envisioned. The final product always resulted in something very versatile, cost efficient, and increased the curb appeal of our property. One final comment I would like to share about Jack is his commitment to finish a job on-time within budget. I vividly remember watching Jack as he was working along side his crew in the hottest part of the summer to make sure my project was done by the evening. This extra effort sets him apart from the competition.

Hiring Mcginnis Asphalt and Concrete was definitely a good decision. I was worried that the project would drag on for weeks and be messy and inconvenient. They got it done in 2 days, just like they said they would, and it was perfect. I will definitely use him again on my next project. Jack Mcginnis personally oversaw our job and went over and above the work described in the contract because he said we might need this improved section of foundation in the future. I felt he had our best interest in mind while doing our work rather than a little more profit. He's very good.

Jack McGinnis has done several jobs for us. Complex jobs. Each one was a very positive experience. One thing I really appreciate is his ingenuity. He's a problem solver and I value that. He's become our "go-to" guy throughout our team - mainly because he solves problems. My team refers to him as our "trusted adviser." Quite the compliment. This stems from his direction that's in our best interest even when it excludes his services. That's trust-worth!

McGinnis Asphalt and Concrete Paving was contracted to remove and repair a concrete parking lot so that a Sanitary Sewer line could be installed. As a site superintendent for commercial projects, I deal with subcontractors on a daily basis. Some are good, some not so good. Jack and his crews are among the best. In my business, I need contractors that will do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and I need them to deliver a quality product. McGinnis Asphalt and Concrete Paving delivered on all points. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.
