Md Concrete + Epoxy

We had our driveway completed earlier this month. Overall, the project looks fine—however, we were disappointed with how the end of the driveway was finished. The edge near the curb is not flush, and it looks noticeably uneven and unprofessional. We reached out and had someone from the company come take a look. Unfortunately, they dismissed our concerns and told us not to focus on it, which was frustrating given the significant investment we made. Clear communication and attention to detail are important, especially for a project of this cost and visibility. The crew was courteous and respectful throughout the job, which we appreciated. However, the lack of communication regarding the final finish—particularly the curb edge—was disappointing. Had we been informed ahead of time that it wouldn’t be flush, we could have addressed it before completion. Once the job was finished, it felt like follow-up and customer satisfaction were no longer a priority.

We have had an absolute wonderful experience. Their communication from the vary beginning was fantastic. They worked with our schedules and gave us ideas as to how to maximize the driveway and to tie in the patio to a current one. We would highly recommend MD Concrete. Thank you so very much for making it easy.

We recently had MD Concrete install a beautiful new patio, along with replacing our front step. Matt, Mike and their team were amazing to work with for our patio. Matt helped so much with the design and recommendation for layout, color and style. Very professional and high quality product. We are beyond satisfied and love our new patio.

Cracks all over my driveway after just 6 months - blamed it on the ‘harsh winter’ - I would not recommend this company. They do not stand by their work. Matt was unprofessional and just provided excuses for massive cracking. Update - just had another concrete company look at the poor quality of my driveway and this expert said the finishing was very poor - the edging has visible rocks and uneven surfacing. At night with the light shining on it, you can see the marks of the tools they used to spread it. Also, MD Concrete said it was perfectly fine to do in October, whereas this professional would never do a job that late in the season. Must be nice to make $14,000 without any repercussions when the quality is so poor. Beware of this unethical company - do your research. These pictures demonstrate the poor quality - you can see the marks in the cement - the edging has rocks in it. More pictures tomorrow. I did not email you.

Absolutely LOVE our new patio!! Huge THANK YOU to Matt & Mike, and entire crew at MD Concrete. These guys not only know their craft well, they are extremely professional and courteous! Their expertise guided me through the planning process, but they are very considerate not to over-step. Their quote was far better than any other local business. Thanks again guys for helping transform our backyard to something beautiful, and functional! I would recommend this business to any/all looking to complete their project needs.
