His team replaced my old hot water heater in my attic with a tankless heater and were able to start and finish the job in the same day, which included electrical and plumbing work. After a few weeks of entering my email “wrong”, a proposal for work on my house was finally sent. I accepted the proposal and talked to Jose on the phone. I was directed to have my tenants schedule with him. They kept getting the run around for almost 2 months before being completely ignored. When I contacted Jose to see what was up, he gave me different direction and then cancelled the job. This set us back several months of work. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
