Michigan Pavement

My neighbor and I decided to do our driveways at the same time to save money. He did the research and he wound up picking a company I never heard of before called Simon Paving. It turned out to be a sizable company out of Romulus that does work all over the Metro area. All the companies tell you “we are working in your area and can give you a good price if you do it now.” With Simon Paving that turned out to be true. They had the best price. They started when they said they would. My neighbor had a complicated tear out job, while mine was just laying two inches over the old blacktop. They had to maintain a slope for rain runoff for the neighbor. It was done really well. I was not totally satisfied with the work on my driveway. It looked beautiful. I paid immediately when the job was done. The next day it rained and I had some water in my garage. I texted Bob, my sales rep. His response was, “We want you to be completely satisfied.” Two weeks later, a full crew of 4 guys and heavy equipment were back. The leader was the same guy who did the initial job. They worked for an extra 1 1/2 hours and added a significant amount of asphalt to correct my concern. Truly service above and beyond. The measure of a great company is what they do when they believe they did the job they were hired for and the customer is still not satisfied. In my book, Simon Paving is a great company.

I can not speak highly enough of Michigan Pavement. Mr. Williams and team were phenomenal. Very responsive and professional. Not only did they do an amazing job but they got the job done in record time. Highly recommend and look forward to working with them again! MPS IS THE BEST!!!
