Milano Contracting

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the very beginning, working with Milano Contractors was an outstanding experience. Vinnie gave me a fair and accurate quote, and despite my initial skepticism, the price never changed. That immediately showed me his knowledge and experience. His crew demolished my old driveway in one day, removed every bit of debris, swept the street clean, and completed the entire project in less than a week. They built me two beautiful paver driveways, including a brand-new driveway where there was previously lawn, and connected them with a professionally designed curved walkway that completely transformed the look of my home. The workmanship, attention to detail, and quality of the subbase preparation were exceptional, and the finished product is easily one of the nicest driveways in my neighborhood. What impressed me most was Vinnie’s integrity and customer service. After I had already made my final payment, I asked if the sidewalk could be widened slightly. Many contractors would have considered the job finished at that point, but Vinnie stood behind his work without hesitation. He sent his crew back, widened the sidewalk exactly how I wanted it, brought in topsoil to finish the landscaping around the new work, cleaned everything up, and even handled the curb-cut permit closeout so I didn’t have to do a thing. His crew was professional, courteous, and reliable, showing up consistently until every detail was right. That level of honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare today. If you’re looking for a contractor who truly stands behind his work and delivers exceptional quality, I highly recommend Milano Contractors. I’ll definitely be using them again for my next project.

Milano does a fantastic job handling the snow removal for our large commercial property. We all show up at work feeling safe because they do such a great job of clearing our parking lot and sidewalks.

Milano did a great job in snow plowing our parking lot. I never need to be concerned if they will show up or not. As usual a clean, effective job under difficult weather related circumstances. I would not even entertain thoughts of a new service I'm so happy with the service.

I was friends with Vin's sister. I watched him start that business from cutting Lawns to the empire he has now. He has an excellent track record. He has an excellent business model. I would recommend him to anybody looking to have contracting done professionally...

Milano and their amazing crew, transformed my backyard into a beautiful oasis! I put my pool in a few years ago and it took me a while to decide what I wanted. Rudy Koehler, a dear friend of mine and employee at Milano for many years, helped me make decisions with pavers, from color to style. The crew worked tirelessly all week to finish the pavers and still have a bit more to finish up as the weather clears up. I have known Vinny and Sylvia Milano for many years and I remember when Vin started this business with cutting lawns. So happy for all their success with their wonderful, well run business. I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking to do some home improvements. Erin Gawronski
