MODEST CONSTRUCTION LLC

I had a really great experience with Modest Construction LLC. They were super responsive, showed up when they said they would (huge plus), and made the whole process feel easy instead of stressful. What I appreciated most is that they actually take pride in their work. Everything was done with attention to detail, and you can tell they care about doing things the right way, not just rushing through it. They were also respectful, clean, and just overall easy to work with. It’s honestly hard to find people you can trust for this kind of work, but they definitely delivered. I would 100% recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

I recently had my roof fixed by Modest Construction, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. Mili was professional, hardworking, and made sure everything was done the right way. They explained the process clearly, finished the work on time, and left everything clean when they were done. My roof looks great now, and I can already tell the quality of the work is excellent. I highly recommend Modes Construction to anyone looking for reliable and skilled roofing work.

I called Modest Construction to repair an issue with the fascia on my roof. Mili arrived on time and quickly estimated the work needed and came back the next day to complete the work with high quality. He also found an issue with the pipe flashing and missing shingles on the roof. I also found out that he does power washing for siding. It was a breeze to schedule the work with Ervina over the phone. When Mili came over to complete the work, he also offered to remove some old satellite dishes free of charge, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I am very happy to have found a reliable roofing company that does high quality work.

They walked us through the entire process, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and they completed the job on time with great attention to detail. Our roof looks amazing, and we feel much more secure knowing it was done right. Highly recommend!

After dealing with ongoing roof issues, I finally found a contractor I could trust. The roof repair was done properly, and the materials used were high quality. The team was respectful of my property and left everything clean. I would definitely recommend them.
