Worst resurfacing ever be seen. They did a horrible job and you can tell no one in this crew cared. They know it was a city job and that cities don’t care either. Absolute trash work.

If i could leave a zero star review i would. Kearns city hired these guys to re pave the roads in our neighborhood. It looks worse now than it did before. There are chunks missing in the supposedly new asphalt. It is clear into the gutters and it hasn't even been 12 hrs and it already peeling up. They didn't mill the old asphalt to get a smooth surface. They literally slapped it on and left. What exactly are we paying them to do? If this is it... we want our money back. Everyone is pissed at what they have done to our neighborhood. Do not hire this company unless you want an absolutely disgusting mess.

Absolutely worst company in the world I would never use them or recommend them lack of communication or professionalism. The County hired them to reseal our road they barely gave anybody any notice they put a notice in less than 24 hours saying that it would happen between seven and five they started repaving my road at 5:15. I could barely get my vehicle Out in time I had thought they were done or coming back another day gonna when I got home at 4 o’clock Nothing was done. I had somewhere to be later that evening, so I had to hurry up and get out

This company had employees sealing the lot at a local LDS Church. My boyfriend drove to the church to walk our dog and pulled into the parking lot that was not blocked off. As he drove in, the wet sealant stuck and damaged my tires. He tried to talk to the employees and call their boss but basically got shaded and while calling the police to report damage the employees left the sight. Edit: It’s funny you say contact HR department to fill out a damage report. I’ve been calling since 8 and Dusty seems to be “in a meeting” or “on the phone”. I cannot even get a hold of the one person I need to call!!

Amen to Annie Laughlin! I called about the same tree branch she talked about directly after their service, and they said they would take care of it. Then, two days later, they still hadn't so I called them again. They tried to say it was the weather that knocked down the branch. I tried to explain that it was a very big branch, that was in the road, that was torn in the direction of traffic, that was also covered in fresh tar, and she said the crew said it was the wind. The branch hadn't been down before they came, but it was afterward. It wasn't the weather. And it's a big enough branch that our tree will probably die now. Either way, by the end of our phone call, she said she would bug the crew again about it, and see if they would get the branch, and then let me know. The next day the branch was still there... (See Annie Laughlin's post for the resolution to this story.) Side note. They also didn't notify our residents before doing their work. They were in an uproar on our HOA facebook page. I don't park on that road, so it didn't effect me directly. But many got towed without warning. I work with professionals a lot, and I am used to working with people who own up to their mistakes, so this was a very disappointing experience for me. I will do my best not to work with them again.
