MTL Construction

MTL Construction was outstanding from start to finish on our commercial project in San Antonio. Their team was organized, responsive, and delivered quality work on schedule. Excellent communication and execution — we’ll be using them again.

I spoke with Dillon who said he would help me build my root cellar. We agreed on a price to dig a 14’ x 14’ x 11’ deep hole in my backyard. The big machine came out and it took a few days to dig the hole. I paid him our agreed price and told him I would have another $7k to pour the concrete in October. That was over a year ago. I waited to hear from Dillon. I called Dillon several times and left several messages that I never received the quote to pour the concrete. I never heard back from him. Only the secretary when I would call would say she would give him the message. About a month ago, on my day off - I stopped in to personally speak with Dillon. He came out - smiled, shook my hand and said he would have a quote by the end of business that dat. It did not come. It never came. They tout business professionalism, integrity. I call it bull! I am very angry that they have left a big hole in my backyard for so long. Dodging my calls. I have found another company to do what I have to do for much less than the $7k he thought it “may” cost (without quoting). I would not use this company. They are hit-and-miss. You either get a good result or a bad one. Do you want to take that chance? I wonder what “excuse” you are going to put in here? It seems when someone has a complaint - it is always the customers fault. So what excuse do you have for not returning my calls. Or promising to get me a quote after a hand shake, and bold-face lying about that.

For the last year, I have been working with Dillon Bridwill from MTL CONSTRUCTION. Very Profesional, Very attentive to what was needed to be done. The work him and his team did was very good. I will definitely be hiring him again for the next project.

Dillon Came the first day and gave me an estimated time of completion. I was worried about the weather, but he reassured me that it would come out fine and it did. The crew was excellent, they were very professional and always on time and always and my questions. My garage and driveway came out perfect! I will definitely be contracting MTL Construction again for my next project.

The team at MTL is TOP NOTCH. They built a very large residential retaining wall for us. Dillon is conscientious, knowledgeable, and fair. We had a very ugly and severe lot cut and he turned it into something beautiful and long-lasting.
