Nelco Commercial Maintenance

I was at Cottage Hill Park. The Nelco guys were spraying tar on the pavement. They had the parking lot all blocked off. I parked completely out-of-the-way. The men sprayed hot tar down in front of the field house. Not wanting to get tar on my feet I walked around yet again. The workers came out and started yelling at me. “Hey can’t you hear? Are you blind?” The fact that I’m 80% deaf and wear glasses. It’s just rude. Hey Nelco as stated before…… I arrived at the park before your people blocked me in. Both sides of the street were blocked off, after I showed up. My car was parked in the middle, completely out of your way. How else was I supposed to walk to my car? The path I tried to take you literally paved over. There wasn’t any dry pavement to walk on. 4th grade planning on your part is not an emergency on my part. Your employees menace and follow people. They followed me to Hillcrest Road. Bet they didn’t tell you that. Your employees get hyper angry and start yelling at people. Yelling at a deaf person is just - you’d have to experience it. You need to equip your employees with body cameras to see how they behave. Not only that you hung up on me.
