A very courteous driver in a white tractor trailer helped me to back out of a spot that I got myself stuck in over in East New York. I wish I had gotten his name.

There vehicles drive reckless, blow red lights, I was on green point ave pick up truck 279 blew through the light like he was on a NASCAR track, I guess if you report enough times them they will correct there driving,

Extremely unprofessional service, creating hazardous conditions on the roads. Worksite staff lack proper identification, and the flagger was on their phone while an entire lane was closed, causing a severe traffic jam on an already congested Church Avenue at 9:30 am this morning.

This company is full of liability issues and plenty of lawsuits waiting to happen for their inadequate work. They blocked access in and out of my building, necessitating us to use the emergency access door and wait for workers to put a plank down for people to cross over the wet sidewalk. Their other alternative was telling people to hop over a brick ledge and walk through grass that we're not supposed to walk through either. They carried my baby in her stroller across this unstable, thin plank. Now what if someone falls? What if they dropped my child? When I asked to speak to their supervisor to ask for a wider, more stable plank, the supervisor Sal was dismissive and nasty from the second I asked to speak to him. He refused to tell me his name, refused to tell me the company's phone number and stated that he doesn't have a boss because his boss goes on vacation every day. Sal is one of the more disrespectful, rude humans I've encountered in life. His supervisor, last name Farrell, is just the same. I called the company to inform them of his words and actions and instead of letting me speak, he proceeded to scream over me the entire time and asked me "how much do you want to speak". When I told him I'll speak as much as I wish as it's my right to do so, he hung up on me. Not shocking they have such horrible reviews on every platform. Customer service goes a long way and it takes nothing to be kind. The other workers are kind and should not be subjected to having to carry strollers etc as it puts them at a huge liability if something was to go wrong. National Grid needs to re-evaluate who they do business with. One of the workers even told me that everyone complains about how rude Sal is and that he's sorry he spoke to me that way, especially in front of my child.
