Newport was hired to pave our residential parking lot and their staff drove around the complex blaring their horns at 6:00 am and again at 6:30 am, while MA Noise Ordinances prohibit this until 7:00 am. When asked to stop, they said that they will keep doing it if they want to. Very, very unprofessional. If you see a blue pickup with license plate # 4ZPY 80 in your neighborhood, I would be on alert.
