Nexelite Pavers and Landscaping

Noelle came out to the house and asked good questions to align with our vision. His team got to work and knocked out the patio, the landscape, and the driveway in a few days. Everything looks great! Give Noelle I try.

Noel came over on a Sunday to give us an estimate on a pavered walkway down to our tiki hut, and by Tues night is was completed. It turned out absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend his company to anyone. He is such a polite and professional young man.

Great experience all around. Noelbis was super helpful, easy to talk to, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The work came out great and our yard looks way better than before. You can tell they really care about doing a good job. Definitely recommend Noelbis and his team!

Noel , thank you for your reply. Taking the feedback internally as you replied does not fix the issues of lack of followup on what you promised you would do. If you take this seriously as you shared , come back & finish what you promised & do the right thing. We are all human & we all make mistakes & I can forgive this . You are better than this & you can still make this right . It gives me no pleasure to give anyone a poor rating And I only do so after giving multiple opportunities to follow through. When I first contacted Noel. He responded immediately, and when he was working, he responded as soon as he was on break. Upon finishing my driveway, Noel committed and promised to come back and finish completing the sidewalk along with filling in the gaps & RearrangingOf pavers that separated. I was heading north For four months but told him he could take up to six months if needed. After repeated multiple weekly phone calls, there is not been one single reply. I could not be more disappointed in a person that came across to me with integrity and credibility, but follow through is everything in business and in life. A person’s word is only as good as what they commit and what they do. Noel, unfortunately once he completed and was paid, has not been back or replied since. I would absolutely not recommend using Noel for any of your jobs As a result. This was his commitment text 6 months ago & still not even a call back ; My text to Noel; “ Noel, could you do me a favor and sometime over the next six mont... His Reply; “Yes man I definitely can! Next time I get a project with the same paver will go ahead and finish it up”
