Next Level Concrete LLC

The concrete work turned out very well. The crew was professional, and paid attention to detail. The finished product looks great and reasonable price

Excellent experience from start to finish. The patio was completed on time with outstanding quality and attention to detail. The crew was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We are very happy with the final result and highly recommend their servic.

My next door neighbor had his driveway redone & recommended this company. I had multiple quotes done for a double driveway (from an existing single driveway), a concrete walkway along the side of the house, and a back patio. A significant amount of concrete. They beat the other quotes by a significant amount. The work is fantastic and we are thrilled with the result Angel provide all required files and take care of all permits process Everything looks awesome. We love the double driveway and walkway. Our old back patio had old pavers with cracks which grass grew through and a flooding issue. Now it is all concrete, no grass, and has a beautiful gradual slope which drains away from the house. 100% would do again based on the quality of work and price.

My whole experience with Angel and his company, Next Level Concrete, was extremely frustrating to say the least. First, he began to demo my deck before a contract was even signed. No knock on the door, just came in to my yard taking everything away. The not coming to my door for permission was a common occurrence. During demo he damaged many things like a window screen, siding, yard decorations, and fencing. He never proved having permits but kept saying he had it. After demo he didn’t come back to pour for almost a month. This was inconvenient as we have dogs and had to go through front of home since we couldn’t access our backyard through our sliding door. Talking with him was confusing as he seemed frustrated and mad every time I brought up concerns and pointed out things he damaged. Quality is also bad. Back patio is horribly slanted and I couldn’t install my pergola correctly because it’s horribly slanted. My step is bubbled and I almost fall forward when stepping out. Angel has said he would come repair but never has in almost 2 months. Next Level Concrete left a mess like garbage and concrete on siding. My main concerns are also that the patio wasn’t built correctly. My contract states he would install rebar and we have video footage that this was never done. I went to file a complaint with BBB, as posted on his truck, and couldn’t file a complaint as his company wasn’t recognized. Last the lines cut to prevent cracks aren’t even straight or uniform. Communication was irritating as I was the one contacting him unless it was about payment. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Reliable! Great service! Highly recommend! They came out to repair parts of my 12 year old patio that was falling apart and also fixed cracks on my porch without me asking!
