Next Level Paver Company LLC

My experience with Next Level Paver was extremely disappointing. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of transparency regarding pricing. During our phone conversation, I was quoted $1,000 for the work. Based on that conversation, I understood that the project would take several days, which made the quoted price seem reasonable. However, no explanation was provided as to how the labor charges would actually be calculated or whether there was any minimum charge. Later, during a conversation with the employee who performed the work at my home, I learned that he had been on site for only about three hours. That information came as a complete surprise because it was completely inconsistent with the impression I had been given before authorizing the work. Unfortunately, the situation eventually escalated into litigation. The original dispute involved approximately $500, but the final judgment exceeded $6,100, with the majority consisting of attorney's fees, expert witness fees, and court costs rather than the original amount in dispute. I complied with the court's judgment and paid the full amount to bring the matter to a close. My advice to future customers is simple: Read every page of the contract carefully. Ask exactly how labor charges are calculated before authorizing any work. Ask whether there is a minimum charge or any pricing policies that could significantly affect the final cost. Pay close attention to the attorney's fees provision in the contract and fully understand the financial consequences if a dispute ever arises. This review reflects my personal experience and is intended to help future customers make an informed decision before signing a contract.

We have a fairly big driveway paver job going on in the Landings with Next Level Paver Co. The job ran into delays with grading that was not their fault but they have hung in there and seen us through. Hoping to have the driveway done in next few days and move on to the pool deck in the Fall. Pictures to be posted soon. These driveway jobs can be complicated with irrigation, landscaping and other issues so we recommend sitting down with your designer at Next Level so you know what you are getting your self into. They are very knowledgeable and will expedite the process. It is a good time in the economy to get your work done and we highly recommend getting your work done with Next Level before schedules tighten and material costs keep rising.

Crew went above and beyond installing a tree for us. Ran into roots we thought had all been taken care of but hadn’t and they spent 4 hours cleaning up roots so they could install our tree. And the tree is so beautiful!!! Also, they showed up exactly when they said they would and were very professional. Highly recommend.

I rarely write reviews but am frustrated. We contacted them to seal the driveway, install 2 paver rings around palm trees, paver border and small retainer wall. We showed him broken and sunken pavers in the driveway. The owner said he would replace those "no problem" if you have the stones because he could not get them. My husband drove to Tampa to purchase pavers for replacement. When they arrived to seal, the owner said he would replace up to 3 stones and a charge would be incurred for any more?? That was never told to us upfront! We had to reach out mutiple times to get things done or question when they would be here. We paid a deposit, a progress payment and then the balance, even though the back fill was still not done and a stack of bricks is STILL sitting on the retaining wall awaiting their return to fix some things the owner wanted to fix. We should not have paid in full so that is on us - don't make that mistake-even when requested of you. The work will be done well when they finish but make sure you get a written detailed description of ALL WORK DISCUSSED, even a seemingly small thing like replacing driveway pavers (not on his contract so it did not get done as was stated in person). I will say the quality of the work and the employees were great, but follow up and finishing was not 5 stars for us.

I have used Next Level for years now, cleaning and sealing my pool area. Weather has sometimes play a role in our scheduling, including a hurricane. But they always get the job done in a timely manner, completing a great job every time. We love their quality of work we even added a driveway extension to our driveway leading into the pool area. We are super happy with the job this driveway was done over three years ago and still is holding up great! We did have to add in gutters on that side of the house to prolong the longevity of the sidewalk. Justin, the owner did tell us prior to doing the sidewalk that he recommended gutters and gave us a contact for that. We would definitely consider hiring them again in the future, and it is nice to know that when people recommend things, they are able to provide you with contacts as well, that also do great work.
