Nic, came to my place after another company kept trying to tell me it is normal for stickiness (on shoes and tires) where crack filler is used. I am 68 years old, owned my home for 34 years, had my driveway resealed many times and it never was left stick and tracking the filler product on other areas of drive way. Nic instantly saw they had used entirely too much crack fill and did not smooth it out. He heated the excessive filler material, smoothed it out and recoated with sealer. It looks fantastic. NO stickiness on shoes or tires. He solved the problem! He is professional, polite, knowledgable, prompt and is very reasonable in his prices. I would whole heartedly recommend him!!!

Avoid Nick’s Sealcoating if deadlines, communication, or accountability matter to you. This has been one of the most frustrating contractor experiences I have ever had. My first conversation with Nick about this project was on March 23. More than two months later, I am still dealing with the consequences of a job that was never completed. For months, I have been trying to get a simple driveway project completed. I needed an additional lane added to my driveway, crack fill, and sealcoating. The asphalt repair was performed, but the sealcoating, which was part of the reason I hired the company in the first place, has been delayed over and over again with no end in sight. The problem is not the weather. The problem is not scheduling. The problem is being repeatedly told the job will be completed and then watching those promises come and go without any action. On May 21, I was told they wanted to complete the sealcoating that day. It didn’t happen. On May 26, after another follow-up from me, I was told, “Yes it will be this week.” Later that same day, I was told, “I think it will be Thursday or Friday.” Neither happened. Fast forward to this week. Once again, I was led to believe Friday was finally the day the driveway would be completed. Friday arrived, nobody showed up, and nobody contacted me. I had to reach out myself to ask whether the work was still being done. Only then was I told it would not be completed. Think about that for a second. After months of delays, missed commitments, and excuses, I still had to be the one chasing updates. At no point was there enough professionalism or respect for my time to proactively let me know the job was not happening. This pattern has repeated itself for months, “soon,” “next week,” “this week,” “Thursday or Friday.” Every promise expires and is replaced with another excuse. What makes this especially unacceptable is that this is no longer just about a driveway. The sale of my home is dependent on this work being

Nick was very professional during the whole process. His team arrived on time and worked throughly until complete. He was excellent at explaining the process and he is very knowledgeable. Our driveway was severely cracked and we used Nick’s for patchwork and sealcoating. I would use his services again. Attached photos show the before and after.

Nick is professional, he does what he says he does. Honest and has a lot of integrity. Hard to find good people these days. He finished our business parking lot on time and neatly. I highly recommend his company.

Wow!!!! Incredibly affordable and made a HUGE difference! Nick’s attitude was wonderful to work with and I appreciated the thorough communication. We needed slight asphalt additions and adjustments on 2 driveways + a seal coat and they nailed it! HIGHLY recommend if you are on a budget but want to make a huge difference on your driveway!
