Highly recommend Northern Asphalt. Terrific experience start to finish. Pricing was very competitive. Totally transformed the property with 11,000+ of asphalt and tamed the steep driveways in the process. Fantastic job, great recommendations from the crew along the way to tweak the design a bit for the better. Cost a little more at the end but worth every penny. Really turned out nice. Listen to their recommendations! They also did a large project for my neighbor at the same time somehow. Two days start to finish for both properties. Hard workers. Thank you.

The experience we had with Northern Asphalt restored our confidence in tradespeople. Everything went as planned--the estimating process, the prep, the pour--everyone showed up on time, had great communications throughout the process--the crew (thanks, Mike), the "guys" and the front office made for a superior experience. We were reticent to replace our gravel driveway and parking pad with asphalt, but the results were beautiful. We received a bid last year from a "local" company that was nearly twice the bid from Northern. So glad we chose Northen Asphalt on all measures.

Northern Asphalt is a great company! We needed help with our driveway. It was over 45,000 square feet. After reviewing several companies, we went with NA. Not only did they work with the confines of our property, they were able to help think up ways to fix our property for the better. They helped us fix broken draining pipes, add extra parking spots, and replace drains that had faulty issues. I can’t wait to use them at our next properties!

Very professional crew. Hard workers and very friendly. Their attention to detail was beyond what I expected. Overall job was completed in one day . We had them do our driveways 2 & 3 years ago and just recently had them come back and do a "Sealcoat" project for us covering the 3200 S/F area. My neighbor and I took three bids from Asphalt companies. One bid was close to Northern Asphalt, (higher), and the other one was "through the roof". We chose Northern Asphalt for a lot of reasons; from the friendly front office desk person, to the estimator, crew chief and to the entire crew. The coordination was right to the minute; with adjustments for the intermittent rain showers, truck deliveries, and for the whole operation itself as needed; to do it perfectly. Other neighbors came over to watch as it was quite a show to see. In the end it came out perfect. My neighbor and I also received a discount because of the double job close together! About a week later, we received over an inch of rain. It was raining "cats and dogs" according to my weather station: and it was! There was no "puddling" anywhere and the nice drain separating my driveway parking lot and garage landing works perfectly. No more weed whacking the weeds in the middle of the very long driveway, no mowing, nor tracking in dirt, soil, and leaves into my garage. Now there's a nice clean look leading to my home, with a no maintenance driveway and parking lot. I highly recommend Northern Asphalt for your asphalt needs at a very reasonable price!
